Terms of Service

Welcome to QReasy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QReasy mobile application ("App") provided by QReasy ("we," "our," or "us"). By using QReasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the App without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QReasy solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

- Account: QReasy does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the core features of the app.

2. User Conduct

- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

- You agree not to interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface provided.

3. Intellectual Property

- All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of QReasy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Termination

- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

- In no event shall QReasy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QReasy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
